Q. Who cares?
Q. Why will they care?
Q. What are the risks?
Q. What are the payoffs?
Q. How much will it cost?
Q. How long will it take?
Q. If we’re successful, what difference will it make? What impact will success have?
Q. How will success be measured?
Answer these questions fully, and then proceed.
